Nicole Alexander, a fourth-generation grazier and celebrated novelist, brings an authentic voice to Australian historical fiction. With a Master of Letters in Creative Writing, she has published internationally acclaimed novels that beautifully capture rural life and human resilience.
About the Book
"The Limestone Road" is Nicole Alexander's twelfth novel, a powerful narrative set in 1944 South Australia. This compelling story follows Canning Christie's poignant journey of healing and hope after returning from North Africa, confronting war's trauma, and seeking redemption.
